Founded in June 2024, AFROMINA Hospitality S.A.R.L. is a tourism and hospitality company committed to creating unique travel and leisure experiences in Tunisia and beyond. Our first landmark project is the acquisition and renovation of the historic Karim Hotel, which will be transformed into a modern destination while honoring its heritage and cultural identity. The company was established by Mr. Salah M. Al Maousherji, a Kuwaiti investor and Chairman of Arab Holding Group, a leading Kuwaiti investment group with a strong regional presence. Under his leadership, AFROMINA Hospitality is driven by a vision to shape the future of tourism in North Africa through high-quality projects and innovative hospitality concepts. Mr. Salah has over 20 years of experience in international investment banking and executive management. He has held senior positions across Bahrain, Spain, Singapore, the U.S., and the U.K. With a Master's degree in Business Administration from the U.S., he brings global expertise and vision to drive the company's growth in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas are being upgraded for quality, functionality, and comfort, while preserving the building's distinctive architecture. The hotel will soon reopen, combining its historic charm with enhanced facilities.
